Holst brings more than two decades of experience in private practice and senior in-house legal and business roles across the resort, hospitality, real estate development, technology, and private investment sectors.

Holst earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and his B.A. in History and Political Science from St. Olaf College.
