The 10th Circuit held that the NLRB ruling in favor of Utah crew members for Hallmark movies “Christmas at the Madison” and “Love at the Pecan Farm” was largely supported by fact, but the court said it lacked jurisdiction to tackle a constitutional challenge from the employers.
