There have been some major personnel changes in Denver’s D&I community, with the Center for Legal Inclusiveness naming a new CEO to guide the organization and Holland & Hart getting a new diversity officer. Also, a group of attorneys general from around the country are asking Congress for changes to the paycheck protection program; IAALS released a report on how states can change their courts; and the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments via teleconference.
