The Colorado 200

Our annual Colorado 200 list gives the rundown of the largest firms in Colorado by headcount and shows what firms are growing or shrinking and what the demographics of Colorado’s legal community look like. Also, a proposed overtime rule could send Colorado employers into a scramble; Metropolitan State University is offering a legal marketing class; and Colorado’s 6th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is one of the worst-funded in the state, and some of its prosecutors are struggling to get by.

We give a rundown of law firms that landed on the Best Law Firms rankings from U.S. News and World Report. Also, the SEC announced an increase in standalone enforcement actions over last year; attorneys from Denver Trial Lawyers reached a positive settlement for a client in a Title IX case involving Adams 14 School District; and friends, family and colleagues of the late Judge Richard Matsch remembered him without a “memorial.”
