Democrat legislative leaders say they will focus on reducing costs of living, addressing crime, funding schools and improving air quality this session.

Gov. Jared Polis announced on Dec. 30 that he has granted three commutations, 15 individual pardons and signed an Executive Order granting 1,351 pardons for convictions of possession of two ounces or less of marijuana.
