Construction and Real Estate

As real estate owners brace for their May 1 assessments, attorneys advise them to anticipate the unpredictable. Also, the U.S. Supreme Court delivered an opinion in a dispute between Google and Oracle that will have a trickle-down effect to software developers everywhere; the Colorado Supreme Court held a public meeting to discuss an attorney ethics rule that would require equity, diversity and inclusion education; and the Denver DA said there were no findings of racism, but there were racial differences, in prosecutorial outcomes in that jurisdiction.
