The Department of Education announced it’s forgiving the federal student loans of 2,440 Colorado ITT Technical Institute students, an initiative allowing the use of psychedelic mushrooms reached the November ballot in Colorado, Colorado lawyers weighed in on a massive antitrust case — a growing trend in Colorado, Polis appointed Renee Doak to the Weld County Court and Mark Bailey and Sarah Wallace to the 2nd Judicial District Court, new employment laws are going into effect and lawmakers laid out proposed changes to how judicial discipline cases are handled in Colorado.
