The Colorado Supreme Court reversed a motion to suppress evidence in a drug case, the fentanyl bill stalled in Senate Judiciary Committee after testimony and an opposition rally, the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday approved a bill to make it easier to seal criminal records for non-violent offenses, more than 250 test takers took the February Bar Exam and 127 passed, Senate legislators introduced a bill this week that would grant public employees of a county the right to collectively bargain, and Graham Peper was appointed to the Jefferson County Court in the First Judicial District.
